General Features

TIPPER BASE
Base plate: 8 mm sheet metal. Base sleepers; 80 N.P.I. Made of iron.
Subframe profile; NPU 200, Top chassis profile; NPU 160.

 


DAMPER SIDE
Cover type and number: There will be 4 covers on the right side of the damper, 2 on the right and 2 on the left. The doors are open to the side and will be fixed to the damper wedge from 3 locations.
Cover body is made of 4 mm sheet material. Reinforcement profiles: 3 mm, U ild is made of twist profile and 5 vertical reinforcements are placed.

 


TIPPER REAR COVER
Cover type: It is a hinged system with 3-hook locking system which automatically closes after opening and unloading.
Back Cover plate: 5 mm sheet metal will be manufactured from outside, 4 mm sheet "U" twist vertical reinforcement profile is placed.
Reinforcement profiles: 4 mm "U" is made of twist profile and 5 vertical reinforcements are placed.

 


DAMPER LIFTING SYSTEM
Lifting system: HİDROMAS Brand 155 - 4 - 4440 A Telescopic Cylinder is used. Lifting capacity: 25 tons.
Lubrication: All moving parts in the locusts and arms can be painted with grease and grease lubrication can be done.

 


HYDRAULIC PUMP
Type: 40-87 DPA Gear type pump is used. Test pressure; 250 bar.
Control system: With electric or air control system, control valves can be mounted to easily reach to the driver's place.

 

STANDARD ACCESSORIES Rope hook for tarpaulin: Forged hooks are welded on the sides of the damper and on the back cover. Mudguards: The vehicle's rear wheels are mounted on the front and rear of the frame and welded to the frame. Tool box: The tool box made of 1.5 mm sheet shall be mounted in a suitable place. Stair: The damper is made to be fixed in place of the pipe. Rear warning reflectors and strip reflectors are adhered.

 

VEHICLE-DAMPER CONNECTION AND PAINT Connection plates made of 8-10 mm sheet fastened on the chassis with bolts are welded to the upper damper frame and the vehicle and damper frames are fastened together and the fastening bolts are tightened with bolts. Then all surfaces are painted with primer before cleaning. Places that are necessary will be put in steel paste. The bottom surface of the damper and the subframe are painted in two layers with the paint color used in the vehicle chassis, and the other surfaces of the damper are painted with a two-layer primer
